I am a sworn translator of English and a native speaker of Polish with over 15 years of experience in both translation and interpreting. I've worked on several long-term projects where I interpreted for operators and engineers trained on the factory floor, also in the food industry (e.g. at the Mondelez production plant near Brzeg). My airport of choice would be Cracow airport. The hourly rate I quoted is in EUR, however it has been my practice to agree upon a flat-rate daily fee in the case of projects which last as long as yours.
