German translators

Hello, I am a fresh baked, only three months old, and a very active pensioner. German, English and Russian were my business languages for a quarter of a century (1983-2008). For the last ± 10 years I have been dealing with professional (for quite a good money) translations PL<=>DE<=>EN in any configuration. I have been still going on, treating this form of activity as a lucrative hobby: I am just picking out texts that are interesting for me. For example, in the last 7-8 months it have been patents, scientific reports, technical and technological procedures, church apologetics, construction works manual, medical research, small literary works. I can translate everything I understand, and I understand everything. Moreover, it is not an arrogant and quite problematic bon mot, but a statement and simple information. Besides, I like challenges and - in dramatic contrast to the terrifying cliché from the so-called motivation letters - this is true. I have not used CATs for a few years, since Trados beautifully laid out the pretty complicated and advanced formatted source text, but the translation was not been put together so beautifully. It cost me many hours of hard and stressful extra work. Those who need it will have no problem with bilingual tables, because they know that MS Office is de facto a functional module/subprogram of every CAT, and their full compatibility allows for easy and convenient use. Anyway, I am not interested in the role of another tiny cogwheel in the international machinery. You, too, should rather use my rare skills. There are plenty of linguists, however good translators a little less and I will always be cheaper than Hans or Helga. My negotiable price level is +/- 15. - PLN net for 1,000 characters with spaces.
